Booking Confirmation

50% advance is required at the time of booking confirmation.

The remaining 50% must be paid at least 15 days before the tour starts.

Check-in/checkout times at all properties are as per the respective hotels.

All rates mentioned are per person rates.

Room reservations are valid for a 24-hour period only.

Rates are applicable strictly for resident Indian citizens.

Any amendment in the booking will incur a charge of Rs. 500 per person as communication charges.

All disputes are subject to Haridwar Jurisdiction.

Prior to 45 days or more - 10% of the tour cost

Between 44 and 31 days of departure - 25% of the tour cost

Between 30 and 15 days of departure - 50% of the tour cost

Between 14 days and 7 prior to the date of departure - 75%

Between 6 days and in case of no-show - 100%
